The look and feel of the Panquake interface design was released last Thursday, to rapturous responses from supporters.

Panquake Founder Suzie Dawson presented the unveiling of the Panquake user dashboard, displaying more than a dozen screens in multiple theme colors and detailing key design features and functions.

The crowdfunded next generation social media application (being built by the parent company of this publication) has so far attracted more than 3,500 donations from the public.

Respected Whistleblower John Kiriakou Appointed Panquake Ambassador

John Kiriakou, a former CIA officer recognized for changing the course of US political history when he blew the whistle on the CIA's torture program, has been appointed the new Panquake Ambassador.

John will be engaging in a series of public appearances, conversations and interviews to promote our next generation crowdfunded social media application.

Participating in the recent Panquake User Interface Reveal event, John implored audiences to support this historic campaign, saying: "I encourage you strongly to take a look at Panquake. Acquaint yourself with the website. Figure out what you can do with Panquake and what Panquake can do for you because I really believe this is the future. I can't wait until it is live because that's where I'm going to be spending my time. That's the social media platform that I want to be involved in."

Of taking up the role of Panquake Ambassador John said: "Do you value free speech? Panquake is the future of free speech. It's the future of transparency. Let's get there together."

Panquake Campaign On The Road To Delivery

An intense thirst for Panquake’s baked-in privacy and security features and commitment to preserving human rights to freedom of expression, communication and speech has resulted in thousands of posts supporting the project appearing online.

Following a transparent campaign model featuring monthly public reports on development progress, the Panquake team is now in their third and final fundraising round - the delivery phase.

The completion of Phase 3 will enable the hiring and training of customer service, account administration, technical support and content moderation teams necessary to appropriately support a burgeoning public communications network.

Algorithm-free, Panquake is committed to providing human customer support and content moderation solutions rather than the typical (and highly problematic) AI technology leaned on by status quo social media companies.

This human-driven approach to platform operations combined with Panquake’s commitment not to accept money from corporations, governments or venture capital makes Panquake a social media application that is genuinely by the people, for the people.
